Ioana Grindean has over 25 years of activity in the field public communication. With relevant experience in the public sector, Ioana Grindean is a consultant in advocacy and public policies.

He uses his experience and expertise in media, public management, public policies, fundraising and advocacy in offering tailored solutions the concrete and extremely diverse needs of the NGO sector, in particular.
He is a consultant at The CSR Agency and a member of the Board Consultative of the Embassy of Sustainability in Romania.

Ioana is the promoter of many reforming regulations for early education in Romania (Law 56/2019 regarding compulsory kindergarten, Law 201/2018 on financing nurseries from the budget of the Ministry of Education and Law 239/2020 - Early Education Tax Credit).
