Ruxandra Jianu is a partner in the Biriș Goran firm Consulting, the fiscal consulting company within Biriș Goran.
With over 21 years of experience in tax and business consulting, Ruxandra specialized in mergers and acquisitions, complex restructurings (both nationally and internationally), as well as assistance in
within the scope of tax inspections and disputes with tax authorities.

Ruxandra is a tax consultant registered with the Chamber of Consultants Taxpayers from Romania and is a member of ACCA. Also, Ruxandra is part of the Steering Committee of the Taxation Task Force from within the Coalition for the Development of Romania, representing this task force in the working group that advises the Ministry of Finance in regarding the amendment and modernization of the tax legislation of
Romania.

Ruxandra is a member of the Romanian Sustainability Embassy and was actively involved in sustainability projects. She is one among the authors of the amendments to the legislation on food waste. Actively participates within the Sustainability Embassy in seminars and projects aimed at increasing, within the business  environment, the degree of awareness of the benefits brought to civil society by the actions of sponsorships.
